1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Post Claude Code ("the Application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Application.

2. Description of Service

The Application provides automated TikTok content posting capabilities via the TikTok Content Posting API. Users authorize the Application to post content on their behalf.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content posted through the Application.
• You must comply with TikTok's Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
• You must not use the Application to post illegal, harmful, or misleading content.
• You must ensure you have the rights to any content you post.

4. Authorization

By connecting your TikTok account, you authorize the Application to post content on your behalf using TikTok's OAuth 2.0 protocol. You may revoke this authorization at any time through your TikTok account settings.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all intellectual property rights to the content you post. The Application does not claim ownership of your content.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this Application or TikTok API changes.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Application for violations of these Terms or TikTok's policies.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
